Our Blanc de Noirs is the expression of the purity of two grape varieties:
Pinot Noir (66%) and Pinot Meunier (34%)
and of a single exceptional year: 2015.
In parcel-based vinification, the large share of grapes from
the Village Grand Cru de Verzenay brings depth,
elegance and tension. Its low dosage in Extra Brut (4gr/L)
maintains a nice freshness and lets the wine express itself fully.
