This cuvée is made out of an assemblage of chardonnay (55%), pinots meuniers (6%)
and pinots noirs with 85% of the grapes coming from vineyards
classified « Premier et Grand Cru ».
Its delicate bubbles makes it the ideal pairing for aperitif
or will make you deserts stand out.
